The following terms protect our reputation while offering you the opportunity to enjoy earnings from your content and Internet traffic.

We manually review every application to join the program and approval is at our sole discretion.
Review is usually quick but please allow up to five business days for review and processing.
We do not allow automated downloads/installation or bundling of the application. No exceptions.
We do not allow spamming in any medium, or the sending of unsolicited email.
We do not allow content hosted on variations of or misspellings of our trademarks or domain names, i.e cybersquatting and typosquatting are prohibited.
We do not allow paid search traffic from Google or any other search engine.
We do not allow fraudulent traffic.
We do not allow traffic from sites or content that includes materials which infringe on or assists others to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
We do not allow traffic from sites that violate the laws of the country in which they are hosted, international law, or the laws of Australia.
We do not allow traffic from content that promises a percentage cash back of a customer's iBoostUp purchase, i.e coupons and profit sharing with customers from your own affiliate account.
We may periodically check your content to make sure it still adheres to these terms.
Commissions on recurring revenue are based on your continued good standing in the program.
If your content no longer meets these terms we may terminate your membership and take other reasonable measures to limit damage to our reputation. This may include both technical and legal measures.
You may terminate your participation in the program at any time by notifying us in writing.
Your continued participation in the program is at our discretion. We will only ever terminate membership if there is a compelling reason to do so and we will notify you in writing.
These terms are subject to change, we will notify all members of the program if and when we make changes.
