• Type: the category to which this infection belongs. Refer to our macOS malware detection guide for more details on infection types.
• Description: a more detailed description of the infection. If the information is available, technical aspects and symptoms of this infection are all described.
• Consensus: we may sometimes link to a VirusTotal report of a particular sample we've analyzed, showing that a selection of other anti-malware products are in consensus that this is malware.
